What it's like

At SAINT BLONDE SALON, we want you and the guests around you to fully enjoy your experience without distractions. Due to safety considerations and limited space, we ask that you do not bring your children into the salon with you for your appointments. In the event that your child is there for their own appointment, we ask that all children under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult while the service is performed.

  • Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
  • Gift certificates are to be treated like cash. In the event it is lost, it is not replaceable.
  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift certificates are valid at SAINT BLONDE SALON only for all products and services available.

CHILDREN

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Please be courteous to your stylist and the salon's other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for due to the fact this would be treated as a NO-SHOW.

LATE POLICY

In order to respect the time of our team, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no-show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be removed from booking future services.

NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will
result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given; however, an in-salon credit will be issued.

RETURN POLICY

​SAINT BLONDE SALON reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team or our salon.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

All services are non-refundable; however, you have 48 hours to contact the salon to discuss any dissatisfaction.

REFUND POLICY

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at SAINT BLONDE SALON. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
